"I have been a smoker since 1962, at peak I was smoking 2 packs a day.



Have been wanting to quit for the last few years but each attempt to do resulted in failure and disappointment. The cigarette craving was overwhelming as was the comfort to fiddle around with cigarette packs, cigarettes, match boxes, lighters etc. These are typical smoker attributes. I am not sure if it was the nicotine or fiddling around with one's hands which was hard to give up!
