What are the advantages of steaming?
E-lite Steamer can be used for a variety of tasks, ranging from fine garment care to industrial use. E-lite Steamer is up to five times faster than ironing and can be used safely on both natural and synthetic materials.

How do I use a E-lite steamer?
As your drycleaner knows, steam is the gentlest, safest, most efficient method to remove wrinkles. Not only is steaming five times faster than ironing, it is guaranteed not to scorch even the most delicate materials and fabrics. Our steamer will remove wrinkles from clothing, draperies, tablecloths, and virtually any fabric

Do I touch my garment with the steam head?
When steaming, touch the material lightly with the steam head and wrinkles will instantly vanish. The combination of the steam and the steam head is important for a smooth finish.

How often should I change the water?
Always keep fresh water in the reservoir. After a period of about one week water becomes stale and should be replaced with fresh water. Steaming with stale water can cause a foaming action. If this occurs, you should rinse your water tank thoroughly and refill with fresh water.

What if my steamer runs dry during use?
If you find your steamer has run dry during use immediately turn off the unit. Allow 10 minutes for your steamer to cool before adding more water.

Can I use the AGILE to sanitize my carpets?
Yes, the carpet glide tray comes with the AGILE so that you can sanitize your carpets, rugs, mattresses, sofas, etc.

How long does a tank of water last, and what is the tank's capacity?
The water tank holds 420 ML of water, and this will last for about 25 minutes of continuous steaming.

Do I Need to add any chemicals?
No, You do not need to add any kind of chemicals because the steam mop sanitizes the floor with high temperature steam and high-pressure steam.

Can I use the E-lite Steam Mop on any type of flooring?
You can use E-lite Steam mop on any sealed hard surface floor that does not have a wax or no wax finish. This includes hardwood, laminate, vinyl, stone and tile. It is recommended that you check with your flooring manufacture before use. By attaching the carpet glide, E-lite Steam mop may also be used on carpets and soft surfaces.

Does the E-lite Steam Mop really kill germs?
Absolutely! Because the steam mop emits steam through the pad in excess of 212 degrees Fahrenheit, germs, bacteria, dust mites and allergens are killed almost instantly.

How often do I need to buy new cleaning pads?
The two patented Ultra-Microfiber pads included with your E-lite Steam Mop are reusable. You simply toss them in the washing machine - but please do not use fabric softener or bleach. We recommend air drying, but you can also dry them on a low setting in your dryer. The frequency of use impacts the life your pads, but with proper of care can last for several hundred uses.
